It’s always been about the storytelling for me. Be It’s always been about the storytelling for me. Being invited into one of the most joyful, emotional days of someone’s life - and getting to be right there in the middle of it. I joke that I play a lot of roles on a wedding day beyond photographer and filmmaker. Creative director. Therapist. Bride’s bestie. Dress bustler. Confidant. I’ve tied bow ties, fixed hair, put in veils, carried bouquets, brought food, grabbed drinks, calmed nerves and solved problems you probably never even knew happened. Because the truth is, your photographer is one of the people closest to you for most of your wedding day. And after 18+ years of weddings, stepping in wherever I’m needed is just second nature. The goal isn’t only beautiful photographs. It’s helping you actually have a beautiful day. That’s the difference experience makes.
Wedding photos should feel like the wedding felt. Wedding photos should feel like the wedding felt. A little chaotic. A lot joyful. Your favorite people squeezed in close, somebody laughing too hard, somebody doing something they definitely weren’t told to do. We’ll get the beautiful portraits.
