A few weeks ago we saw a retro pinup poster of a girl fanning a smoking grill with her dress, and we thought – ‘Hmm..how about a whole couples shoot designed around the aspect of a retro picnic?’ We’d been wanting to work with Heather again, so we asked her and her boyfriend Ryan if they’d want to shoot it with us. Of course Michelle was in the game with us too, and the results were nothing short of amazing. You two really rocked it out for us!
There’s nothing more American for a picnic than hot dogs, apple pic, Coca Cola, and a grill running.
Didn’t Michelle do a fantastic job with Heather’s makeup and hair? Word, girl! And Heather looks amazing.

There was a joke we made at the shoot about Ryan owning a fruit stand (he doesn’t!), but I’m pretty sure this photo could sell just about anything .. even fresh watermelon.

Ryan just so happened to have a pinup girl tattooed on his leg. Kinda like he had it done for this shoot or something.
